FOCUS
Safety Training
FOCUS (Field Observations Continuously Upgrading
Safety) is an ongoing safety process implemented and taught company
wide by
Global SantaFe Corporation. FOCUS stresses the importance of safety
throughout all levels of the company by promoting a positive “safety
culture”.
Because Offshore Inland is committed to providing the safest work
environment possible for its employees, in 2003 we attended a FOCUS
training course
with Global SantaFe. Today over 50 employees have completed FOCUS
training and we are well on our way to achieving our goal of zero
safety incidents.
Our efforts to raise productivity
and enhance our quality of workmanship will never be at the expense
of our commitment to safety.
